CT2 Limited, trading as Tower Cold Chain Solutions, is an independent privately held company specialising in the rental of reusable temperature-controlled logistical solutions to the global Pharmaceutical industry.
Tower is committed to conducting all of its business to the highest ethical standards, in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.
Tower requires and expects all of its officers, directors, employees, vendors, consultants, contractors, affiliates and joint venture partners, and anyone else who supplies to or acts on behalf of Tower, to act with integrity and honesty, respectful of others, and complying with all applicable national and international laws and recognised industry codes of practice. This includes not engaging in, and immediately reporting, any activity which might considered to constitute bribery or corruption, or might otherwise be unlawful.
This Code of Conduct is one of the ways in which Tower put this into practice, and Tower is committed to implementing appropriate policies, processes and training to ensure awareness of and compliance with this Code of Conduct, and to ensuring that its agents, contractors, suppliers and business partners also adhere to these same principles.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct will be treated seriously, will be investigated thoroughly, and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment, or termination of a contract.
