Tower Cold Chain to host first Networking Event
Temperature-controlled expert Tower Cold Chain will be hosting a special networking event at its global headquarters in Theale, Reading to showcase its Centre of Excellence and latest technology innovations to customers and prospects.
The event will enable the company, a leading provider of passive thermal containers to the pharmaceutical industry, to demonstrate its capabilities in the design and manufacture of robust, reliable, reusable solutions.
Tower’s range of passive temperature-controlled containers will be on show. This will include Tower’s recently launched, manually handleable KTEvolution range, together with its KTM42D Double Euro Pallet developed for ultra-cold shipments, using dry ice.
In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to tour Tower’s 26,000 sq ft site and learn more about the company’s manufacturing capabilities, including its unique Innovation Centre which is available for customer use, providing opportunities for meetings and product assessments, as well as the investigation and development of enhancements and new technologies using the two environmental test chambers.
The networking event will also provide the opportunity for Tower to underline the importance of the strong and long-lasting working partnerships with customers that have been fundamental to the company’s continued success and growth.
Following a morning at the Tower HQ, attendees will be able to enjoy a choice of complementary afternoon of activities with either a round of golf at a luxury country hotel, or the chance to relax in the spa and gym. In the evening, visitors can enjoy an al fresco barbecue, whilst networking with peers and industry professionals.
“With Tower’s growing reputation amongst pharmaceutical manufacturers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers and airlines – as well as wider recognition, such as receiving the Queens Award for International Trade in 2022, naturally it felt right to welcome our customers and prospects to share in what has been a successful few years,” said Niall Balfour, Tower Cold Chain CEO.
“After two years of the pandemic, our networking event will give visitors the chance to learn about our company, our solutions, and meet the people from across our sales, service and operation teams, face to face, in a relaxed, informal environment. We look forward to welcoming key industry players to what we hope will be both a thoroughly insightful and enjoyable day.”
The Tower Networking Event takes place on Wednesday 14th September. For further details and to register to attend, please visit https://forms.office.com/r/aerh076ERm.
